POLYLOVE
Journey 2 is a family movie, a well received sequel, unlike Skyfall. Battleship did normal numbers, nothing wrong there. Don't think so. You can check its ratings on Douban site.

POLYLOVE
What could they do? Those screeners were sent to something like 150000 people. They couldn't fight that. And it's not like they didn't try to do what they could. Those Skyfall screeners went out extremely late to the point where it barely made the SAG voting deadline. They delayed it for as long as they can so that the film could make as much as it can without a screener floating around cutting into revenues. Even after the screeners were sent out it still took weeks for someone to break the watermark and leak it. Though, everyone should go ask Harvey what he's doing to prevent screener leakages because the Weinstein company has their own special way of watermarking screeners that's much more stringent and hard to break than the ones that most other studios use. For example the Master hasn't leaked and the rest of his films were the latest leaks of the season with the sole exception of Les Mis which leaked either later the same day or the day after. In China, studios are largely responsible for fighting piracy. Every domestic studio did that.

Every domestic studio did that. They can try, but once it's on something like Piratebay there's nothing they can do. It's on Swedish soil outside of American jurisdiction, and Piratebay is registered as some sort of organisation or whatnot in Sweden so that no one can do anything about it. A Marvel Fanboy
Pretty good all things considerd right? It is not good (at all).Unlike you think TASM/TDKR did goood.Actually with 1200 more screens than TASM/TDKR each had, it is doing far worse.
