Also please note that there is some problem with the-numbers's total sales for various film. They consistently keep going down. For example, the total sales for these films after adding weekly total should be:TF3: 2,663,000Thor: 1,387,000FF: 1,664,000

Wow! Incredible start for DH2!We have the ratios for this week. Let's look at some of the titles:DH2 : 100.00Cars 2: 13.88Pirates 4: 6.35Captain America: 5.18HP 1-8: 4.24Green lantern: 2.37FF: 1.70TF3: 1.69Let's take cars as comparison point. Now the second week drop for major Blu-Ray releases (with normal Tuesday release) this year.Captain America: 78.44%Pirates 4: 76.47%Fast Five: 72.78%Thor: 73.21%Bridesmaids: 73.85%Even if we use 80% for Cars 2 (probably worst case scenario), it still sold more than 350k copies this week. Now using the 13.88% ratio, DH2 sold approximately 2.54 million copies! And the approx 110k sales from HP 1-8 boxset should count towards each of the movies, so total sales stand at a staggering 2.65 million. Also when calculating sales for other movies with 2.54 million as 100.00, the figures are consistent with what was expected, if not a little lower. So chances are that DH2 sold even more!Avatar's record was 2.7 million copies. DH2 may have beaten that! But we will need to hear from official sources.
