So the fact that if WW passes $400M and he won't pay up is laughable to me because he's the one that initiated the bet and made it sound like gambling was part of his livelihood. A betting man always pays up when he loses because a betting man knows what it's like to be on the winning side. 

 

Perhaps next time, both party pay upfront to the BOT. The BOT will either refund or perks to the winner.

He should pay up if he lose, if not Forum BAN for 3 months.
