    Star Trek already has that effect in canon, its nothing new. Complaining about it now is about 35 years too late. The blood will only work for a short time after death, its not a universal cure. Voyager also has 'death cures' in it. It will never be seen again.

    The effects were great, but Cameron will learn his lessen from this, he will never do a long movie and make you sit through a boring love story for 2 hours before giving you the pay off again.

    I liked the opening but the middle really dragged like a proper dull chick-flick.. Once they started to sink and die though it was Cameron through and through. Its worth the ticket price for the sinking alone, ive never seen anything like it. Stick with it through the dull middle and there is a pay off for guys..

    It seems like another non-scifi scfi, just like Terranova and I think will fail as a result. Its just a show about people that happens to be set in the future with aliens, and that just isnt enough. The longest running and successful series were more than that.

    Perez Hilton was never famous anyway, just self promoting and annoying. He wont ever be a star so im not sure how could ever be considered a flop. Luke Evans backtracking about his sexuality because being gay is still not acceptable in Hollyweird will end his career before it even takes off.

    Not really, its the difference between a thing existing for real and not. In the New Star trek movie there is a scene with Spock in a volcano. Its not him in a volcano, or even him composited into a scene of a real volcano or even a model volcano with CG lighting effects, its a totally computer generated volcano.

    I wouldn't personally count that as CG, its just a traditional thing done digitally, REAL CG is something like the different in the Star Trek movies where originally they were models, but now they are totally CG rather than models composited digitally into a scene. I also wouldn't really count digital correction as CG.

    Aniston just makes the wrong sort of movies. Ive not seen a movie of hers that I didn't like her in, even if I hated the movie, which I almost universally did..

    I think most people blame Gigli on J-Lo rather than Affleck. She is horrible in everything, her acting carer should never have started in the first place.

    I was talking about J Law actually, not Lilly. I said she is stunning, but badly dressed by whatever wannabe gay she has on her team.. but thanks for the jealous rant. Its yet another to add to your collection of bitterness.

    Maybe, but she had an expectant air about her, that made it seem like her 'surprise' was fake and ungrateful.

    Hathaways problem is that she seemed to greet her win with relief, not surprise. She was expectant, not hopeful.

    I HAVENT SEEN IT EITHER, you really are a mess arent you. Judgemental, pre-judgemental actually.. Prejudiced. She might actually be 'good' in the role, you never know. She is a stunning looking actress yes, which is why she deserved better than the crap they gave her to wear. Stop being a blind fangirl and open your eyes. Stop being a sycophant.

    'Yes men' fanbois like you dont do her any favours actually., I think she is a great actress, but liking what they did to her is bad. She deserves better than Granny hair.

    She looks awkward and uncomfortable in what they are giving her, they need to play to her strengths. Her hair needs to be down for a start. Her oscar hair looked like Emmanuelle Riva should have had it. Ugly and OLD. She has a youthful, yet badass look, not a granny look.. so stop dressing her that way. No wonder she fell up the stairs!

    Sorry but i have nothing against JLaw (unlike SOME people who hate people for no reason), BUT whoever dresses her and does her hair needs putting down. She doesnt have the face for hair like they are giving her. Makes her look like a puffy faced kid playing dress up with her granny, and yes she has horrible knees.

    Its the hair actually, whoever does her hair for these awards should be shot. By the way she has kids knees, not the knees of a woman. Again only in YOUR head is everyone out for an Oscar in every movie. No-one won an acting Oscar in LOTR, there was no reason for any of them to expect a nom for TH. Maybe, just maybe she is doing it because she liked the part, or because its good money? Maybe it was for the extra exposure as well, but thats what actors need, all of them.

    Halle Berry. I thought it was a horrible movie and a poor performance, everything else she has done has proven she is shit.

    Black Swan.. A movie about Ballet.. Meh... actually it was really interesting. I was shocked how much i loved it. Brokeback Mountain. Yes im a 'mo, but even so i expected it to be boring and contrived. I was in tears at the end. Lost in Translation. Nothing actually happens, at all, yet it was still compelling. How?

    Really a flop is someone who had a big role, or was super hyped, then did nothing because no one was interested. Brody isnt a flop. Silverstone probably is, and a 90s Aerosmith video, (even a good one) doesn't prove otherwise.. Hayden Christensen, definately. Haley Joel Osment, probably. Cute, if slightly freaky kid turns into a bloated mess of an adult that is almost uncastable. Edward Furlong. T2 to nothing. Ok he is IN stuff, but the next big thing he wasnt.

    Everyone in Deep Impact. I was really hoping for a cataclysmic ending, not a happy clappy one..
