what happened to Zootopia? Everyone was saying 16M yesterday...

7 X-Men movies under 250M and the new one would magically rise over 400M... sounds logical.

People have been gloating about Zootopia doing better than BvS, is your criticism extending to this also?

They may be diluting they brand, but it really doesn't affect me. I'm way out of their target demographic...but they did confuse me.

That's a very impressive feat. Aside from the Planes movies, Disney Animation has been doing extremely well in the past years.

Exactly like me. First time I saw it, I was already expecting a bad movie after seeing the RT score and bad reviews. I left the movie theater feeling like I understood the critics, but thinking to myself, is it really barely better than Fantastic Four?? I thought it was a good movie, but not a great movie. After a couple days, I decided to give it another shot and the second viewing was much better. If they release the R rated cut, I'd even see it another time.

Crappy movies break even all the time. Nothing special about that.

Hopefully the GND series stops at 2. Unless the third one is a mockumentary based on Kim Davis directed by Bill Maher. Please make this happens.

Bourne series (Damon) and Toy Story fit the bill also.

It's kinda standard though. Frozen dropped 68% on DVD and 77% on Blu Ray in March of 2014 on its 2nd week. Spectre's gonna pass 40M.

My favorite is the 8th. Karen Traviss was such a good thing for SW EU. The falling out she had with Lucasfilms/LucasArts was a very public mess.

Not all books are great, but there is definitely a lot of material that can/could be transferred to movies. The first book in the Legacy series "Betrayal" shows how a Jedi decides to become a Sith. I'm not talking about turning to the dark side, because Jacen had already turned to the dark side I'm talking about making a thoughtful decision to become a Sith even if the logic is twisted. The X-wings series is great even though Jedi/Sith/Force have very limited presence. So far I'm not impressed by the new EU novels.
