GITS frankly could easily be PG13. There's barely any bad language and it's not over the top in terms of Action. Unless they go with all the nudity, I don't see any reason why this couldn't be PG13.
It's more embarrassing that Captain America, Groot, Baymax, and Xmen all made more money than bloody SpiderMan.
Marvel should use this as leverage against Sony.
