WoM is insane.In The days right after the release of the film,the main subject of the discussion around the unuversity changed from whatever my peers are obsessing these days to BaTB and they all loved it.What's more suprising is that not only people over 20 years old were raving about it,but many were also men. This can help because maybe men will be a lot more willing to see it if they hear good word from unexpected sources like...the dudes.

Apparently its hold is better than what family films usually do so i believe its great goven that it seems like it will also play like a family film. It's at 400M WW right now and with opening in France and Australia i feel that it should fly past 600M WW by Sunday.Maybe 700M? HEY @Valonqar i'm this close on changing my prediction for what it will reach 1B again. As for spin-offs...as i am talking about it with people who have watched it(all loved it btw) i'm catching myself wanting to delve once again in this world and its characters.

Basically everyone on this forum tries to get @MrMarosa to see beyond his ego.

To begin with,400M is the absolute floor for this so why on this earth would anyone need to find excuses for a film that is a massive success(400M still is a golden benchmark).And even then,when all of our predictions will be wrong,i will be sure for one thing...you know nothing when it comes to box office. BTW,calling BaTB a CGI monstrocity when each top grosser these days is just that shows how hypocritical you are.

That would be great. BTW,i keep pushing these huge predictions but i woukd be totally fine with something like 450-475M DOM.The fact that a female-centric family film is doing bussiness that only the biggest male-led superhero films have made is crazy in itself.

Yeah but why would you exlude the preview number?Multys always take that number in consideration so in that case your lowed prediction of a multy brings it to 522M.

Going into the weekend,if it contibues performing like TJB(which i highly doubt but it's nice dreaming) it should bring in ~102M(no way...i believe 85-90M is where it ends).It would be insane if this is close to 320M by Sunday. In any case,with Easter coming up this BO run should be a real beauty to behold.

For the time being,we can all sit back and enjoy yor excuses to hate on this movie for no reason at all.

The difference is not there.The difference is that BaTB is a family movie and acts like it and CW was a superhero film amd acted like one.This means that BaTB will show better holds.Even the internal multy from their OW hints to that.

It does not look good for this one.Nor it should...it's probably a bit better than the atrocious TF films but still very bad.
