Sadness is the hero of the year. A character which you find annoying at first, growing on you as you realise the importance of that emotion, and how it's OK for a kid to be sad. She really resonated with families, and the entire film is built around her.
Jesus, most of these categories are full of crap. What's with all the Creed love too? Like in editing, cinematography, songs, acting, what the actual F.
LOL @ avengers nominated for disappointing box office.
What's with the Phyllis Smith snub for vocal performance?? How is Anger on there but not Sadness?
Which line is your favourite?
Comparing it to something like Minions is bizarre, it's a film set in China, with Chinese themes and characters.
The growth over the past 5 years, combined with the great release date, more China-oriented production changes (like the different animation) meant that predicting $300M+ was not at all unreasonable.
Wow, this one is super easy. Didn't have to think for 1 second about any of the choices.

No, I don't mean in Steve Jobs. I mean Winslet in THE DRESSMAKER, which she is the lead character but the film is ineligible as it was only released internationally.
Have you actually watched In the Heart of the Sea or read Moby Dick? Because there certainly are real characters to care about. And it's not a disaster movie, it's a drama.
The Hobbit 3 - 3x

Minions - 3x

Don't think I have watched anything more than 3 times in the cinema.
