  1. I doubt it. Anyways, great trailer. Like The Social Network. Will most likely enjoy this.
  2. Wow...it seems the founder was an A grade asshole like the facebook guy.
  3. The action looks great, but I haven't watched any of the Bourne movies, so I am not sure if I will watch this.
  4. This is a great week for trailers. So far confirmed trailers are: Yesterday (Tuesday) - Warcraft Today (Wednesday) - Girl on the train, magnificent 7 Thursday - Jason Bourne Friday - IDR
  5. I like the pic A LOT. Couldn't care much about faithfulness as long as it has cool looking costumes and is a fun movie.
  6. Great choice. A Monster Calls looks amazing and I hope gets the attention it deserves after this news. WWZ2 is a sequel I am looking forward to, but seems like it will get delayed again or never get made like Wanted. Does that even have a director attached?
  7. Definitely. The Jungle Book has become first choice for families because of the excellent word of mouth and nostalgia. No one was expecting it to be so massive in India until a brilliant piece of marketing was carried out by Disney's local division. If you don't know what I am talking about look up "Jungle Book jungle jungle baat pata chal hai + Hindi" on YouTube.
  8. Fan is a massive boxoffice disappointment. Infact, it is almost in flop territory considering the overall expenditure. Anyone who says otherwise is a biased srk fan or on his pay roll. I actually liked the movie. The portion after interval was not good but the climax was solid. Better than his last 3 movies combined. Whenver he tries to do something different, it almost always disappoints at the box-office barring Chak De India, thanks to tax free status it got back in 2007. Now Raees is also in limbo because salman+yrf have scared him away. Frankly the teaser for Raees looks way better than Sultan, but at the moment it looks like srk is going through bad patch. How the tables have turned this decade!
  9. Highest grossing Hollywood movie of all time. Won't be surprised now if it touches 30 million.
  10. Where was this asshole when MBJ was cast as Human Torch. Overrated screenwriter, who is constantly promoting himself on various internet movie shows and having too many connections in hollywood thanks to his murderer father. A two face hypocrite. I hope this is a massive bomb even if good because fuck the bloody two face director and this was a chance for the studio to give some asian actress or unknown asian the lead kinda like Life of Pi and The Jungle Book. Both movies did very well without any star power becase of the overall look of the movie, marketing and reception..and no the voices in JB don't count as starpower even if they were amazing in it. But the problem is i hate the director so i couldn't care less. This needs to tank just because he is involved.
  11. Mind blowing stuff. Beating all expectations. I have a hard time seeing any hollywood movie coming close to its gross this year. And yes that includes Civil War.
  12. Brilliant for The Jungle Book. Should do over $100 million opening weekend and $1+ billion worldwide total is happening. Jon Favreau can now do whatever the hell he wants. Personally, i would like to see him do another small indie film before he does another big budget movie.
  13. How the hell did I miss this movie?will watch this for sure.
  14. I haven't seen this cat/dog/feathery dragon before, so for me this is new.
  15. You guys are fools. This looks awesome. I am sick and tired of the dragons that Hollywood/GOT keeps showing..they all mostly have the same face and skin texture. This looks unique in design and color, so it's got my approval.
  16. Yes, but Elf wasn't sci-fi, fantasy, action adventure with lots of fx. It had fx but not as much as Zathura. Zathura although a box-office bomb showed that he can handle this genre.
