Well atleast it has beaten my initial expectations of 30-40% on RT. Still big critics and hardcore star wars fans are not going to openly gush or give this its due because it would be sacrilegious to call this as good or better than star wars in terms of visuals, action and spectacle. Hell I bet even those knocking it for story telling are doing it just because they have to say something negative..god forbid it becomes the best space opera of 2017. Now I am hoping for atleast Pacific Rim numbers domestically. Rest of the world please do something out of the world spectacular!

Will do 200+ M domestic. This will be to Star wars what Sherlock/Chipmunks was to Avatar. The trailer was meh. Great jungle and some nice fun action but dialogues are eh. If this becomes as big a hit as I think it will be Jake Kasdan will be directing a Star Wars movie in the future.

It was just released at the right moment capitalizing on the demand for a black widow/femake superhero movie and boom. Now no one is asking for a black widow movie. Wonder Woman has filled the void. Captain Marvel next. RIP black widow.

Tubelight has flopped miserably. The first trailer was so awful. How could the filmmakers have accepted this to do well? Salman khan playing a mentally challenged person does not appeal to his fanbase at all. Also, sohail+salman combo has never worked for audience. On top of that, this didn't seem to have any of the commercial elements of his previous 5-6 movies. It simply looked boring as hell from first trailer and the actual movie turns out to be a remake of "Little Boy" which itself flopped miserably at the boxoffice as well as critically. <150 cr on a 150+ cr budget and sold on exorbitant prices to distributors. DISASTER. Salman better hope that Tiger Zinda Hai shapes out well and breaks a few records to do 300+ cr during Christmas. It has potential to do even 400+ but that will depend on quality, competition and the buzz at that time. Bahubali 2 record is safe for some time.

The first 40-45 minutes were actually very engaging. But once Zordon comes on screen and rita...it slowly becomes bad in pieces. Finally, the set piece at the end kills it completely. It was one of the worst action scenes I have ever witnessed. Just awful.

Not necessary she will be great in everything. It's okay..she will get her chance to shine in a non franchise solo oscary type film someday.

you can lol as much as you want but incredibles 2 is going to be much more highly anticipated than JW2 because there is a demand for I2..JW was such a massive blockbuster that it can only go down from there boxoffice wise not quality.

Told you all that this one was going to tank domestically and drop badly overseas. UNDER 650M WW is a real possibility. This is the year where big sequels irrespective of quality won't be doing as well as the studios would like them to. I feel for WOTPOTA and Kingsman 2 already. Both of them need to do extremely well to keep me happy...
