There's a church who bought over 8 million tickets for a 2-hour movie that is a compilation of the 176 1-hour episodes of a The Ten Commandments telenovela that was produced by a TV network this same church owns. All of this just for them to claim they have the biggest local movie of all time.
They've spent over $25 million dollars worth of tickets with this, and they aren't stopping until the 'movie' hits 11 million admissions (the current record).
I think its OW will be higher than expected just like Friday, I'm predicting $32-34M and with good word of mouth I expect AT LEAST the same multiple as Insurgent's, so $80-85M. It will face competition from BVS but it will have better WOM, so...
