  1. It sounds like a superhero origin movie Stupid question, i never heard of the books before, can this become a franchise?
  2. I’m very happy with the script, and listen it was important that I got Amy Hennig’s approval, her and Nolan North, and what I’ve heard is the Naughty Dog guys are really happy with it. But who knows? That could be like Donald Trump hearing something; that may not be true at all.” http://collider.com/joe-carnahan-uncharted-narc-tv-series-update/#frank-grillo-wheelman\ and then Well this movie is doomed when the developer( ?) tries to turn people against the movie like everyday.
  3. That's great for McAvoy. He didn't had any box-office success since joing X-Men and he is a great actor. Frankenstein last year was a huge mess but he is coming back.
  4. IMO Uncharted is one of the few videogames that can actually become a good movie. I hope they will not screw this up. Nathan Drake is a great character to lead a story. They could also try to have a smaller budget, so it can actually become successful.
  5. I don't think Fassbender got everything so easy. In his 30s he was playing a second role in 300 nobody remembers, he had to work to become lead. He is a good actor and he is good looking, i don't see why he can't lead movies. Everyone who is good looking and can act decently get many chances in Hollywood, not just Fassbender. Anyway i always believe that neither the success nor failure of a movie should be attributed to the actors. The media and the viewers do that because actors are the only face we can recognize after the movie, but that doesn't mean that it's right.
  6. What star power gives IMO is more publicity. This is a film sold only on Pratt and Jlaw, it's their face and name on everything. No story or director or effects, this is a test for both of them. If there is a film we can talk about star power, it's Passengers. Affleck did well with the The Accountant despite bad reviews, boring trailer and boring story.
  7. I was talking about the actors and their popularity, money and power to choose where they will act e.t.c, not the director.
  8. It's sad. If these people can't make a good original big-budget movie, who can?
  9. This is a love story in an extremely luxury place with two gorgeous people and a cheesy story. Of course it will do great in women audience. What i wait to see is if JL will manage to get again an Oscar nomination, the academy loves both her and the director.
  10. Jessica Chastain with Ms Sloane as well, people who watched a screening say she is great. It's a strong competition for women this year.
  11. This is disgusting! Sorry but this isn't just some sexist comment people try to use against him. I can't believe i haven't read any of this before. I think it's ok to overlook some flaws when an artist is amazing but he has criminal record and he acts like the victim. You raped and destroyed a woman, ok the court decided it's ok..... but you can at least say how much you regret it and how sorry you are now... Not that this would be enough but his answers anger me so much.
  12. ."The two young intelligence officers collide in a charged atmosphere of trade craft, deception, and inevitably, a sexual attraction that threatens their careers and the security of America’s valuable mole in Moscow." He is 41!! Maybe he doesnt play the lead male role ?
  13. BoxOffice ‏@BoxOffice 37s37 seconds ago X-MEN: APOCALYPSE made an estimated $103.3M overseas this weekend. #XMenApocalypse
  14. Deadline reported that DOFP with 200ml Budget had total cost 576 ml and with 747 global box office the studio had 77 mil profit. http://deadline.com/2015/03/x-men-days-of-future-past-profit-box-office-2014-1201389620/ I guess this needs 700 mil to break even.
  15. It opened everywhere except Greece, Panama and Japan and it did only 11.1 in China and 20.1 ml in USA wouldn't that be too hard?
  16. Here is a list of who is pushed to become an A-list star from 2010 http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/gallery/hollywoods-list-redefined-44771/1-chris-pine It's funny the same list with some chances can work today, six years later.
