  2. Without Cameron holding #1&2 there would be no hope left for audiences.. The Force Awakens, Jurassic World, The Avengers, Furious 7, The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
  3. I made it some time ago and forgot I did that, makes me laugh honestly. Did you know that T2 was the highest grossing film of all time for just overseas?
  4. Glad I got to watch this in cinema (last year), intro was jaw dropping on the big screen. Sorta related... I'm excited for Tim Millers new Terminator. It's going back to hard sci fi.
  5. Gibson is pretty good, Apocolipto is an amazing film.
  6. I know someone who is clever and wants to save the world
  7. You can brand me as crazy all you like, but when this makes over 3b worldwide I expect dozens of apologies. Also don't even think about saying I was still crazy for predicting that high and was just lucky because X,Y or Z. It's not me who is out of touch with reality.
  8. it's not all bad though I watched a bunch of old films... watched about 10 films by Kurosawa then went from there
  9. I haven't seen most of the Oscar nominees so I don't really feel comfortable making a list. Only seen like 20 films from this year.
  10. Everyone seen the deeplearning AI that puts faceswaps videos? They're already using it put celebs in pornos.
  11. WB could send everything and their kitchen sink at Dec 2020 and it won;t matter.
  12. Jumanji is getting a sequel and it's aiming to stand of with Star Wars again. "Tom Rothman is not only pressing ahead with a Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle 2, but it sounds like it’s going to happen sooner rather than later. The plan is to try and get the film in cinemas for the end of 2019. " lol
  13. http://deadline.com/2018/01/dileep-rao-james-cameron-avatar-sequels-1202269089/ Pretty expected but it's news. Also for those who vow by the Scott Meddler meme of cultural impact, how many other films have mountains named after them? https://en.wikivoyage.org/wiki/Wulingyuan
  14. It's was certainly something alright, entertaining on many levels but for me the emotional parts fell completely flat. Still glad I watched it. Dragonball Super is so poorly executed it's unreal, never any feeling of danger. Still.. I've watched it all because it's Dragon Ball.
