Obviously not every dislike is from racist/“anti-woke” idiots. Some people may simply dislike the trailers because all they see is another soulless Disney remake, but there’s no denying that plenty of the dislikes are from people who are mad that Ariel is black, and think Ron DeSantis is the best governor ever.

She does spout a lot of nonsense, but when it comes to Zack Snyder scoops, she’s fairly reliable.

It’s obvious that David F. Sandberg’s “at least I got paid” comment was in response to this movie flopping. It has nothing to do with him acknowledging that the movie is bad.

If what Grace Randolph says is true, then WB is apparently helping out with it, and it will officially mark a point of closure for Zack Snyder in regards to DC.

The first Shazam movie came out after BvS, SS and JL.

Affleck stated last year that he was done with franchise movies, and that he was only going to direct movies made by the production company he started with Matt Damon. That’s why it was weird to me when Gunn said that Affleck was interested in directing a film for the DCU.

It was pretty much impossible for this year’s Academy Awards to turn out worse than last year’s, so they never had anywhere to go but up. Let’s see if it helps in the ratings.

I don’t blame Angela Bassett for being disappointed. If she had to lose, it shouldn’t have been to JLC.

The lighting on these Disney remakes is, to put it bluntly, not very good. At least Ursula looks like she isn’t completely drained of personality like remake Jafar and Scar.

If certain insiders are to be believed, WB moved this movie to March because they were bleeding so much money that they couldn’t afford to release anymore movies in 2022.
