So they seem to go with mostly chalk for the nominations. The only big thing seems to be the omission of some animated movie based on toys, trying to remember the title, but I think someone in this thread will fill me in

Since apparently I am one of the few that was around for this E.T. 's run was pretty incredible too. I mean it was number one or two for the weekends for I think 19 straight weeks, then became #1 again on something like it's 25 and 26th weekend. -
I agree with 15 out of the 25. Not a bad 60% agreement ratio So I like the list for many reasons. As for the Citizen Kane thing, I am not even disagreeing, although I obviously like it more than you do But have you ever seen the film, RKO 281? It is a great take on how the movie was made, what it is about and everything that happened during the making of it. It will not change your opinion of the film, but it may give you a different view on it. So it will only suck 12 donkey balls instead of 13

It's amazing how many amazing runs I have been around for, but nothing tops Titanic. There are some that are close, but to me, it will always be the best run Geez, personally, I saw the movie 11 straight Fridays with my girl at the time so I am literally part of the run -

that's how I personally feel. I can enjoy all of them, but other than the two you mentioned, they were all pretty bad
