It may prove to be a weekend movie and I bet that Wed actual is closer to $14 mio than $12 mio. My theater was very busy for this yesterday evening and we don`t have holiday like Americans.

hell yeah! I`m hoping for Skyfall snagging blockbuster spot in Best Picture line-up. It`s way better than District 9 and the best blockbuster this year that could be taken seriously. I`d love TA to get in too but I doubt that comic book bias would be broken. But this has some serious prestige going and the movie is OMG fantastic.

Maybe it stablizes later. BD1 had great late legs, no?

How`s BD2 holding compared to NM?

So she went with her fave although I suspect that Argo will cancel ZDT out except in Best Actress.

I`m hoping for Skyfall to get the blockbuster spot. TDKR wasn`t that good and TH would be boring as fuck plus movie doesn`t look good.

2 directors who are locked, loaded, sealed and delivered and will not make room for potential end-of-the-year upsetters are Affleck and Spielberg and their respecive movies. Eveyrone else will be wying for 3 remaning director spots.

When there`s no interest, it doesn`t matter who directs. SWATH will drop regardless of reviews because it didn`t create strong enough fanbase and others simply don`t care. I don`t know anyone who`s pasisonate about this franchise. Best I hear is meh but most people I spoke to think the movie was terrible.

SLP for sure. Some think Skyfall should become the first Bond Oscar nominee and deakins should definitely get in for cinematography.BD2 will sweep MTv like never before and this time Best Fight will be deserved. Even Devin called it best of the year.

I`m calling increase with actuals for top 2. Theaters were busy like hell yesterday in TO and BD2 had sold out shows from,like, 9-10 in the morning. It`s rare for cinema to have shows this early let alone sold out.

AK is tanking because, regardless of critics say and they definitely aren`t in touch with real people, nobody in their right mind who ever read that book will take KK seriously in this role. Like, no one. She`s a gimmick casting like theater setting is gimmick to make old boring Oscar bait look "bold" and oh-so-not-baity. Riight. Plus, KK isn`t a star and there`s no curiosity in seeing her tackle a classic. It`s just ridiculous AD overhype that makes it look like she has more fans than she does. SLP was tracking poorly and release against BD2 was stoke of a lunatic. Platform or not, you don`t release a romcom against a behemoth targetting women.
