    Her direction was pretty much all I liked about Candyman. It really is a shame how marvel don't let these creative voices fly unless it's a specific case, but I guess that's just their mo for uniformity. I don't agree with it given its a very TV method but that's their decision, and I highly doubt much is going to sway them from it.

    I'm not talking about the financial aspect of it. These sad acts seemed to take pride in running the cast off of social media through sheer harassment, why on earth do people like that deserve to be catered to?

    Afterlife was absolutely about pandering to those man babies that decided to harass a group of women that had the audacity to work on a movie. It's for people that deserve absolutely nothing and reeked of cowardice in the highest degree by Sony.

    I'd put money on the F1 movie being Thanksgiving so they can use the north American leg of next season as a very big marketing push.

    People can claim whatever they like. Opinions, data, it doesn't matter. This is a discussion forum, not a "this is objective fact and if you disagree with me you are wrong" place. You aren't discussing box office, you're consistently fighting to the death to defend a franchise as if your life depends on it. Stop acting like the MCU is a victim, it doesn't need your help.

    Right or wrong, you're consistently picking a fight. It's not big, it's not clever and you're likely on your way to a suspension on opening weekend. Just chill out already, let people have different opinions. People not liking a property or believing it's in free fall isn't an attack on you and doesn't need to be treated as such.

    It's hard to explain, but there's not a lot of handholding with how the story progresses and the symbolism etc that's on offer, so can imagine it's certainly alienating to a section of the audience myself including. It's certainly one where I don't think it's necessarily right or wrong if somebody comes out feeling very high or very low on it.

    Opening weekend for the next movie will be absolutely fascinating. Will it have the same rush factor? Will it suck all the air out of the market? Once it's dated does everything else scatter? Can't wait to find out.

    You know what this place is like, why are you complaining? It hasn't changed since you threw a strop last time and said you were quitting. You have a right to champion the MCU, and the rest of us have a right to want other media to succeed, don't be such a child when people disagree with you.

    All I know with Demon Slayer is that season 3 was a little disappointing, but ended on an epic high point. I'm still excited to see what's to come, the fact that it has definitive ending coming is really refreshing in Shounen.
