If I could, I'd have Raiders of the Lost Ark in about 10 different places.  I didn't think that was in the spirit of the poll so I narrowed it down to the truck chase.  That should cover all the awesome action in Raiders.

If you think a scene is worthy, then multiple nominations are fine. I think many of the greatest action films have multiple candidates that I wouldn't be surprised to see nominated (T2: canal chase, hospital escape, freeway chase, final steelmill showdown, etc).
