What are these figures? Gross , Net, share? Why is it so different from figures available in public domain.

The film could have had a bigger drop as Ek Tha Tiger which was in the same genre and had a huge Wednesday release with working days after had a drop of 20% and here the drop is under 10%. There is a change in how business works now as its more heavily loaded towards the weekend now and this could have pushed War on Friday evening. 

Joker is doing pretty well as it showed some growth on Friday as it got extra screenings from Friday onward. The film collected around 4.25 crore nett on Friday and has a total of around 13.75 crore nett in three days which is a decent number for a film released on under 500 screens.

Thinking of watching War this weekend. Expectations are calibrated to "Good for this kind of movie, or better than Tiger Zinda Hai and Race 3"

BOI says 30% Sat bump for WAR for 27-28 (hindi), 122 4-day.

Producer figures (all languages) will come up to 30+ imo and total 130+ 4-day.

 

Sun will show a bump from Sat. Tue is holiday too. 250+ total looks likely.

If BOI sticks to its number, i.e. 155cr 5 days, I think it will hit ₹250cr. By what I have, ₹145cr 5 days, it will reach ₹235cr range.

SyeRa in the end didn't impact War in Hindi belt. It is Joker that has dented its collections in high end multiplexes. Without Joker, War would be doing extra 1-2 crore on a daily basis.

As per BOI/Prod: ₹159cr Nett & ₹166cr Nett including regionals.

275 seems reasonable. Mon and Tue will be good too. If it shows a decent 2nd weekend then 300 is within reach.

ETT added ₹42cr Approx after that i.e. 30%, same here would mean ₹280cr. That IMO is best possible scenario. Given the frontloaded-ness of 7 years and fact Wednesday & Thursday of both films will be almost same, I think it will go around ₹255cr.

 

And I do expect, BOI to adjust numbers down by 5-7cr for first 5 days.
