Unlikely, Cloudy would need to drop more than 7.8% to fall under 1M. For comparison, the first dropped 2.1%, and Hotel Transylvannia was up 4.1%. A very bad sign for Cloudy 2 is that Cloudy 1 first Weds was bigger, and it was coming of a smaller OW. I think this won't top the first movie.
