Okay.... so Skyfall could hit 50m or not....Multipliers for various movies from corresponding weekend:DH1: 4.55xAustralia: 6.35xCasino Royale: 4.70x (from its OW)Skyfall needs 4.75x multiplier from this weekend to hit 50m.A 35% drop next weekend will put it in a really good position.

I know they're different markets but it does interest me how films do in Australia compared to the UK. Pitch Perfect because Universal UK have decided to release it a week after The Hobbit and the day after Life of Pi won't be as successful although I wonder if Rebel Wilson is a selling point for the film.

I would say it's a selling point but not a huge one. People in the target audience would know who she is but the TV shows she was on were fairly niche.
