Huge weekend! Been a long time I've seen that many films make > 2m on the same weekend.

Bad drop for the hobbit 3. -57%? The hobbit 3 now falling further behind the pace of DOS and AUJ. not good. 35m is still locked. But not a lot more at this point. For ref DOS got to 38m and AUJ 42m.

Maybe paid parking has forced people away?? Plus parking is atrocious at the best of times.

 

actually i must disagree... paid parking has actually helped things... it's causing more turnover of customers there from what i can tell

 

you don't pay for the first 3 hours and frankly i find it a lot easier to park there these days than i used too. + the impacts on the movies isn't huge i think, as after 6pm you don't pay anyway.
