CJohn
I tend feel that the context of WOM here is if the movie is good enough to see the in theater... not if it's good enough to see at redbox, netflix or on DVD In my case WOM was bad enough I decided to not see it in the theater and instead buy the Blu-Ray.... wish I would have just rented it instead. Dude, you are not helping at all You are supposed to help me stop this argument. Edited May 6, 2015 by CJohn
grim22
Variety must be the kings of understatement At this rate, it appears that “Avengers: Age of Ultron” will have trouble matching the $623.3 million that the first film racked up domestically.

Dementeleus
So NOW you are cracking down on off topic posts in #s threads??? LOOOOOOOOOL We do this all the time in the daily threads, and in most of the weekend threads too. We make a special exception for the really high-profile tentpole release threads, because of popular demand, and we lay out the ground-rules for the threads right at the top. Nice WW run for Cinderella. Disney's really killing it with the live action classics.

RichWS
I actually thought it would increase by 1.5% or so. Assuming a 26% drop tomorrow and 6% Thursday, that gives you $236.1M. I'll say it rebounds a bit on the weekend and brings in $89.3M, a drop of 53.4%. $325.4 million in 10 days. Avengers 1 made 59.848% of its total gross in the first 10 days. Iron Man 3 was 69.666%. Let's split the difference and say Ultron does 64.5% of the total in the first 10 using that $325.4M? $504.5 million. Right now, me thinks 500M is gonna be REAL close.
