Grey I'm sorry we got interrupted a couple times.

I'm English so believe me when I say World Wide is far more important to me than US&Canada, I'm not picking and choosing to make Avatar look better and let's not forget World Wide includes the domestic value by the way.

A competition to see whose made more films ins't exactly an indicator of greatness.

Look worldwide, Star Wars/JW/SW have bigger peaks. Sure, okay.

These are franchise battles.

Swiftly heading toward 20 billion, MCU has won the franchise war. :sparta:

MAX: $2.78b

MIN: $2.78b

AVERAGE:$2.78b

MEDIUM:$2.78b

COUNT:1

TOTAL: $2.78b

let's see MCU up against that

It already has, we're talking about Franchise vs Franchise and since Avatar is supposedly a franchise with only 1 film it falls behind alot of franchises already.

Yes but dont forget, once Avatar 2 comes out in 2121, this argument will be invalid.

So Russia or China can take over the world if they have the best MMA fighter?

Thank God the real world doesn't work that way. :hahaha:

Star wars wins again ? :winomg:

Shit franchise. Why would anyone like Star wars that has no sense of humor in it.

WHy would anybody like a clichéd ridden film like Avatar, with almost no memorable charecters and which shoves a political message down your throat?

Two can play at that game.....

It's not I think the Stat Wars franchise is above criticism (just get me started on the first two of the prequels) but for the fans of a film that is widley regarded as having a lot of flaws despite it's box office success should not be so quick to point fingers....

Maybe the Cameron fanboys here will finally get that their tactic of running down every other franchise except Avatar (and other Cameron based franchises) is back firing on them, and is convincing nobody but fellow cult members.

Poor man, we ran him off the thread with facts. :whosad:

Lol let a man sleep...

It's simple, MCU is a higher grossing franchise than the Avatar franchise.

But the Avatar franchise has the highest grossing film of all time.

Now you can claim the first is more impressive but we're going to have to agree to disagree.

Avatar franchise has heart and the MCU is souless and after your money.

Obviously films comes down to opinions that isnt a revolutionary thought Dulad. Why do you act like the Cameron fanboys have a responsiblility to convert naysayers? Pretty sure the first trailer and insane wom will do that anyway.

Also stop generalising, I just don't like Marvel and disney era Star Wars.
