It is not gonna be as low as you hope Drops were actually quite big besides Avatar in 2009. I am thinking on a 35% drop on Sunday right now.
RyneOh1040
I know we would have all loved another 100 million, but staying flat is absolutely insane in and of itself. Mind boggling.

Both Avatar and Return of The King dropped 33% on their last sunday of the holidays, so I would say it will drop between 30 and 40% of Saturday number So 20-25M. 20M would be a 42% drop.

Return of the King did it aswell, but it drop 68% Sun to Mon. TFA could be making <10m by Monday. Following Avatar and ROTK (33%) on sunday you get 23.5m from TFA's Sat 35. Then Avatar gives 10.5m Return of the King gives 7.5m Edited January 3, 2016 by IronJimbo

somebody85
lol it really is insane when TFA is making more in it's third weekend then pretty much everything in the summer of 2014, where movies were having a very hard time even hitting the 100 million mark. If I remember correctly only Transformers did it. It could beat Guardians Of The Galaxy, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, Godzilla and The Amazing Spider Man 2. That's just crazy. IronJimbo
I think next saturday is the first day Avatar outpaces TFA, then he does so everyday for the rest of TFA's run. I think we will be finishing just under 1b What total gross are we on right now? Edited January 3, 2016 by IronJimbo
