Shouldn't Saturday and Sunday be the big days ?

Friday, leave work (often a couple of hours earlier than during the week), shop maybe some groceries,, cook,.. have time at the evening = next day not an early day

Saturday, have time during the day and in the evening,... no early day next day

Sunday,... later in the evening / early night ... in bed, next day early mornings (and Sunday ppl often visit family to eat together, go to church or,...)

I was watching the numbers of JW's 4th week end and I saw a 70% raise on Friday.

Why do you guys expect a 45+ M week end ?

Do you think it will behave like another movie ? (I saw Avengers that had a bigger increase but a lot of others had a 70% increase on the 4th Friday)

During most of winter, less people have off during the week, leading to weaker weekdays, but stronger Friday jumps. Look at Avatar's 4th Friday jump (118%). Other movies have the same thing going on.

Movies over the summer have much smaller jumps from Thursday to Friday, since kids aren't in school, and people are more likely to use vacation time.
