99% chance BO.com will report the 3-day weekend (but they could always use BOM's numbers).

I would guess its up to the studio whether or not to roll those 2 days into the weekend numbers.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a Wednesday opener have Wed/Thurs rolled into the Fri-Sun numbers...

Yeah, highly doubtful that will happen.  Fri-Sun. will be reported with the 5-day gross reflected in the total.

I have question on the Derby Scoring - I see the ranks are done by %, but how is that calculated exactly?   Just the % that your guess is off (+ or -) from the actual result?
