The Last Stand did slightly over 1.9. With something similar the movie would cross 150, and I was hoping for that. It had an A- Cinema Score like X3, so it did not seem unreasonable. But, moviegoers seem tired of sequels, exhausted with superheroes, and we're seeing a lot of CBMs with sharp drops. It looks like the movie will fall in the 140s. You mentioned 140-145, and going through the drops, that seems to be the case. But 146-148 does not seem outside the realm of the possible.

Last Stand came when previews weren't a factor. This one has 8.2m in previews so the multiplier becomes a bit worse due to that. Front-loading has increased a lot since Last Stand.

The audience has a full course of superhero dinner. Deadpool is a massive appetizer.

And they stuffed themselves with BvS. And Civil War is just a never-ending dessert line. 

By the time X-Men arrives, they just said "No, thank you, I am watching my weight."

Warner is smart to move BvS to March.

Nope. It would need to do that number for 51 more days to get to 2X. 

It more days at that pace gets it to 330. 

It's in dollar theaters now and the numbers will inch down. It is going to finish just north of 330.
