It's a nonfiction book based on real events so I'd say it's kinda silly to reserve rights to.

It was based off a book in the historic fiction genre so yes.

I don’t see why not considering Me and My Shadow, My Peoples, Can You Imagine are films here but I think 1906 is also a novel
