They're showing something for Black Panther that won't go online.

They described Thor footage that played before the trailer - we didn't get that either.  Nor did we get the Ant-Man footage they described

Probably, the same with Infinity War.

It begins with a quick recap of previous MCU movies. Quick flashes of moments from earlier films.

We hear Vision's quote about conflict breeding catastrophe

We see the Guardians arriving against some space wreckage. Groot looks to be in teen mode

Thor's body slams against the window.

He's brought inside where Mantis wakes him up.

Loki presents the tesseract to someone. Earth seems to be in ruins. Bodies are everywhere

On a schoolbus, all the hairs on Peter Parker's arms stand up.

"Fun isn't really something one considers when balancing the universe," says Thanos, "But this does put a smile on my face."

Spider-Man in his new Iron Spider costume from the end of HOMECOMING

Vision in a prison

Steve Rogers with a beard. Black Widow has gone blonde

Thanos crushing Thor's head with hand

Thanos pulling whole planets out of the sky and throwing them into battle like comets.

That's it?

They could've at least given us that Black Panther footage.

They've said they don't like to release footage this far in advance because it's often unfinished and good enough to see once but not to have on the net and picked over frame by frame.
