Edgar Wright’s newest film LIAM, drops in March Y4, following a burnt out couple’s life changing upon the arrival of a robot designed to support couples’ lives. Imagine a mix of American Beauty, Her, and Short Circuit.

The film won’t be as action packed as Wright’s precious titles, but promises a unique style in exploring their lives. Stevens and Gerwig plays the central couple, as Chris O’Dowd voices the titular robot.

Catch a teaser with NOTES FROM THE OTHERSPACE.

Endless Entertainment is dating an untitled orignal in May Y4. The project is described as the love child of “Spark, Star vs The Forces Of Evil and Harry Potter” about a young teen discovering his extraordinary abilities and must protect both a fantasy world and earth. The Russo Brothers are confirmed to be directing this film and Shameik Moore will lead.

Endless Entertainment also says in Y4, the number of original films are increasing. This project will join Gareth Edwards’ Isle Of The Lost, Barry Sonnenfeld’s film, True Love a traditional animated/live action romantic musical comedy by Jennifer Lee. On the other stick of Endless Y4 projects, Endless Animation is also adapting Moongirl as a computer animation/stop motion hybrid with Henry Selick directing.

And for Brie’s performance, imagine a mix of David from Prometheus, Dr. Wilcox from Okja, and put that mix through a vendor with a bit of cocaine.

People are going to LOVE it or HATE it.

Now that’s a combination I never knew I needed. :ohmygod:

For a bit more depth,

She’s a community planner in a utopian, 1950s esque Suburbia. She wants to spread joy and positivity, whether you want it or not. So there’s also a bit of UniKitty in there, haha.

There’s going to be quite a surreal humor to it’s otherwise fairly bleak world, much like Okja and Snowpiercer. Trying to figure out of the best work it.

Some info on the roles are Henry Cavill is rumored to be the villain, Anya Taylor Joy plays a Valkyrie warrior, and Tye Sheridan plays a steampunk cyborg. Rumblings have heard a trailer will likely come in November or December with either Bartimaeus, Bullets and Lyrics or Prince of Egypt.

The summary is below:

"Connor is your average high school junior, trying to find his place in this world. But when a figure from his past emerges, he learns he is a prince with legendary abilities from The Phoenix, a mythical source of energy, and must travel to the world of Novos, a land populated by magical creatures to harness his power to stop an evil elf conquest over Novos and Earth."

O$corp Pictures to delay Midnight until Year 5. Taking its place is "We Are The Ants" based off the critically acclaimed LGBT book by Shaun David Hutchinson.

Cast Is As Follows

  • Henry- Miles Heizner
  • Henry’s Mom- Madchen Amick
  • Charlie- William Moseley
  • Nana- Barbara Wallace
  • Zoey- Ashleigh Murray
  • Diego- Nick Krause
  • Michael- Brandon Flynn
  • Aubrey- Katherine Langford

Kelly Fremon Craig will direct and the film will have an R rating as of now. The film is tentatively scheduled for September or October. It looks like O$corp Pictures will not have an LGBT Valentine's romance film for Year 4.

Plot: "Henry Denton has spent years being periodically abducted by aliens. Then the aliens give him an ultimatum: The world will end in 144 days, and all Henry has to do to stop it is push a big red button. Only he isn’t sure he wants to. After all, life hasn’t been great for Henry. His mom is a struggling waitress held together by a thin layer of cigarette smoke. His brother is a jobless dropout who just knocked someone up. His grandmother is slowly losing herself to Alzheimer’s. And Henry is still dealing with the grief of his boyfriend’s suicide last year. Wiping the slate clean sounds like a pretty good choice to him. With the days counting down, Henry begins to look for pros and cons: in the bully who is his perpetual one-night stand, in the best friend who betrayed him, in the brilliant and mysterious boy who walked into the wrong class. Weighing the pain and the joy that surrounds him, Henry is left with the ultimate choice: push the button and save the planet and everyone on it…or let the world—and his pain—be destroyed forever."

FYI The style for Aera Rising’s animation will probably be similar to the upcoming animated Spider-Man movie, with a bit more of a cartoonish style. It’ll probably have a budget around $70-80 million.

I’d thought it’d go that route.

Personally I’ve always been a fan of the cartoony style for CGI animated movies that’s why most of mine have that style. Pigeon is a hybrid (looks like Peanuts Movie but it’s 3D Animation and 2D together).
