Water Bottle

The Walking Dead | AMC

There's quite a bit more to do in TWD as far as effects and post compared to the other shows. They have tons of makeup & wardrobe to take care of, all the zombie kills have to be choreographed and rehearsed, then they have to do CG on most of them after filming. 16 episodes of that isn't easy to do.

I don't know how much further I go with TWD. It's clear that AMC are running the show, and apparently they want this to run for 12 seasons or more, which means the storyline isn't going to be moving to a clear endpoint in a timely manner. They will just be meandering along forever, and the show will suffer for it. AMC will kill this show with their own greed.

Well, the comic is still on going and will be for years still probably, so it makes sense the show will last for a long time like 12 years.

Just because a comic goes on forever, doesn't mean a TV show should. How do they expect to keep viewers interested for that long? You can't have momentum and keep quality high for 12 or more seasons, that's ridiculous.

No, it shouldn't, you are right. However, I am just saying that the comics still going will give them plenty of stories to tell.

If the stories are good, people will stay interested. Also, with the deaths and changing cast helps to keep people interested, I think.

Well that trailer promises that its not going to be going on forever ... even though the solution to the problem is not gonna come anytime soon they are at least hinting at a possibility for it

Season 5 already - damn

good trailer btw even though I expected it goes in a different direction
