Better Thursday drop than RN.

If it follows RN this weekend:

10.2 (+81%)

14.8 (+45%)

10.5 (-29%)

Weekend:

35.5 (-42%)

Not sure if the calendar is lining up exactly because I'd be hard pressed to think an 80% jump is happening today with schools pretty firmly out of session. On the other hand, that means a better Sunday drop. Expecting around 30-31m.

If it follows E2 from last weekend that gets it to 32.6m

Fallout seems to be translating at least some of its critical acclaim into BO legs. That is good to see.

Now, for something totally random, it just occurred to me that summer 2015 also had a Jurassic, an Ant-Man and an M:I film as well.

Well 3 years is usually standard for sequels.

North of $30 million 2nd weekend incoming for Fallout! It looks to be the champ again this weekend, as this may be the first film since Jurassic World to be number one for two weeks in a row.

let's not get carried away. 30M would be good
