Olive
Glad Croods will be bigger than Oz.
JCS
Quiet weekend for new releases so Croods should stay almost flat again. I imagine Croods and GI Joe have been raking in a fair bit so far over Easter holidays.
SchumacherFTW
This garbage weather can only be helping the BO at the moment. I call 60% drop for The Host this weekend, it's being dumped around me already.
JCS
Finding Nemo had a terrible OW, 3D re-releases truly are dead in the water (pardon the pun).
SchumacherFTW
I don't think they are yet. Monsters Inc and Nemo got pretty much dumped in the end after their poor US performances (Nemo especially). JP has potential as the last rerelease had Zero advertising, and it's still a popular film. Can it hit as high as Titanic and The Lion King? It's unlikely, but it should still do a solid job in August.
Heretic
The Croods is probably gonna end up matching, or even beating WIR in the end. That's something I didn't see coming.
SchumacherFTW
It definitely makes it seem as if Rise of the Guardians failure was just a misstep not a sign of DW franchise fatigue so to speak. We've had a cracking start to the year for animated films haven't we.
Heretic
BFI IMAX are showing all the Pixar Films over the next few weeks. And at a fairly cheap price too, £5.50. Might try and catch Finding Nemo tomorrow as I'll be going into town tomorrow anyway.

We've had a cracking start to the year for animated films haven't we.The Croods is great but I did enjoy Guardians, Both WIR and Croods have the advantage of no similar competition, I think Croods will likely have a similar total to Ralph, I wonder how Obilivion will do? Its had heavy marketing and with Tom Cruise, I think a £4-5m opening is likely, even Battleship last year did £3.8m for its five day opening. JCS
Oblivion should at least have a £4M OW, otherwise a disappointment.
JCS
Croods with £2.3M ($3.6M) weekend and £17.4M ($26.7M) total. I assume it was #1 for the weekend.

Heretic
That's a GIGANTIC week for The Croods! Another week of holidays coming up, it should definitely beat WIR now. Could end up grossing £25m. Pretty massive success.
