charlie Jatinder
Day Zootopia Onward Daily % Cume % Previews 1,700,000 2,650,000 156% 156% Friday 17,800,008 9,446,726 53% 62% Saturday 31,636,202 16,514,193 52% 56% Sunday 23,927,191 10,508,942 44% 52% Monday 4,543,674 2,509,515 55% 52% Tuesday 5,374,968 4,105,000 77% 54% The ratio 52-53% from day one holds, if this continues, will mean $177mn for Onward which will be a bit crazy, but who knows. Sunday was awfully low, but Monday and Tuesday are back to normal. We need Onward over $1.9mn today to continue this 52% thing, which is doable IMO. Zootopia had crazy 2nd weekdays and 3rd week which is where I see the ratio will start falling but let's see. The 35% drop in weekend #4 when BVS opened and it's still a strong hold. Onward won't have much comp apart from Mulan and Sonic already well into it's run though. It can do well enough for 150 and surprise but not more than that me thinks. narniadis
The hold when BVS opened was benefitted by being Easter and no other big family film. But it also speaks to how well it held overall

But it also speaks to how well it held overall zootopia, had fantastic wom, but a well deserved one in my opinion, it touched themes and had a clever story , than most live action movies, thats just my opinion though
