filmlover
Wonder if we'll be getting enough numbers to start having weekend threads once again starting next week. Edited August 16, 2020 by filmlover

Borobudur
So no more drive-in cinema box office?
DAJK
Not that it's an exact science, but about a year ago I found a site that tracks the box office in the Canadian province of Quebec. While it's no more than a rough estimate, there has appeared to be a sort of similar pattern between the numbers there and the total domestic numbers, but there are many exceptions. Still, it's enough to get a rough estimate, and the numbers for this past weekend came in. Spongebob did what I would normally report as the equivalent of 12.8M Unhinged did 12.3M Given the total Canadian numbers reported yesterday however, that just goes to show how Unhinged did a huge chunk of its business in Quebec as opposed to other Canadian provinces. SpongeBob was more spread out and leaned more heavily to the English-speaking provinces. Edited August 17, 2020 by DAJK
