Rose is so good. Glad she’s coming back. Insidious 2 is actually my favourite of the films. I’m not big on the others.

Weirdly excited for this, while all the movies are kinda mediocre [except the first one] i enjoyed watching all of them, and i suspect that´s why all of them are succesful, they´re very fun to watch 

 

The only one that came close to be dull was the 3rd one

Insidious legacy sequel lol. I'm down.

 

When Rose Byrne suggested they do a father/son road trip I got so excited that this was gonna be a road horror movie. Every AirBnB and motel they stopped at would be haunted. Cross country ghouls and ghosts. Sadly it is not that.

I definitely feel like this franchise peaked... 10 years ago?

 

That being said, this doesn't look half-bad. All the time Patrick Wilson has spent with James Wan has definitely allowed him to pick up on Wan's style. The trailer looks really well-shot, with some pretty good set-ups for scares, and good tension. Let's hope he pulls through with the film itself.

 

But yea, even with the main cast returning, I don't see this opening above 20M.
