I think Messiah sounds more Oscar bait to me. The story is smaller in scope and more of a slow burn with political elements. Plus the subversive message of the ending

I think people focus only on weekend number and forget about weekdays. So yes, it should add 10M.

Box Office Mojo says dom is 106,8 and total is 393M. But I know it lost too many theathers. Lets hope it ends very close like 397-398M, because the movie will be back in theathers in feb-march for Oscar season

Yeah, Spiderman really hit everything hard because it's 4 quadrant. Absolutely everyone showed up and no movie worked as counter-programming.

Being one of the top films in Australia/NZ right as Xmas holidays start should help bring in some more money. I won't lose hope in $400M yet. I can still see it.

Dune is now 5.5M away from 400M apparently making 1M WW since last week. I don't know if this crawl can lead to 400M eventually but whatever happens it was a terrific run and we got Part 2. And it was fun to follow.

The domestic numbers haven't been updated in a while, but those won't make much of a difference at this point

Has Dune perhaps been removed from the US cinemas? Is that why there's no Dune mentioned even for Weekend BO?

Or has WB just stopped reporting numbers for it? Which would be senseless, why suddenly pick a random movie and stop reporting numbers, even the weekend ones?

I really hope WB digs up those 3.9M. If Disney could take that steaming turd AWIT over 100M finishing line, and no one cared about that one, certainly WB could find passionate fans to get it over 400M.

Only 3M left. I think it will come from somewhere, perhaps not now but in a few months. BOM updated OS to 289.7M and WW to 397M.

As per BOM, Dune made 600K WW between now and Jan 10 (previous amount change). So 2.4M to 400M WW. I'm sure WB will dig up the difference from under-reported markets.
