john2000
https://thedirect.com/article/spider-man-no-way-home-online-home-release-date-delay The Microsoft Store app, as pointed out by Reddit user u/Gillzter10, revealed that the digital release of Spider-Man: No Way Home was delayed once again. The film is now set to be available for digital purchase on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 12:01 am Pacific Standard Time weird ,maybe a late chinese release ? (though i doubt it)

Only realistic push would be arranging a late China release — even with piracy should be able to do 150+ easy and enter WW top 3/4
Tokugennumataka
They should give a global expansion like endgame. Barren March after Batman should be helpful. TFA OS becomes a real target if that happens.

Tokugennumataka
Believe it can clear 800M without an expansion. Jumanji WTTJ made 4.4 times Pres wknd (3 day). TFA made 4.55x. These trends are not that difficult anymore, Spidey lands at 798M and 799M respectively. They had to compete with home video releases too iirc. With an expansion 820M is possible I believe. If it had a fully functional Canada during Dec maybe 840M was possible? Edited February 19, 2022 by Tokugennumataka
Samwise the Brave
Well with an expansion you certainly go big, but expansions die out quickly drop wise. I also can't see a weekend for NWH over 10m and something like 10m is what you need to get to 40m with that extended version that's rumored. The expansion gets you to +/-

Obviusly not, Canada isn't as big as you think and it has already grossed very well there. And you are probably overstimating both the "main" run and the possible re-expansion

No reason to believe it wouldn't have done significantly worse. So i thought maybe 20M was lost there.

You are underestimating how much Canada has underperformed for it
