Yes, it is throughout the movie. Skarsgards character can't speak, it's meant to be him narrating. Originally it was his voice but now it's Benjamin's.

 

It seems like the dialogue has also changed but it doesn't seem like the plot is any different, just the actual narration was redone.

My friends saw it at TIFF and they said the voice has been changed to Benjamin.
