Since my reported Thursday estimates were partly BS last week take a look at your own risk ;).
In the last two weeks „Miss Peregrine's“ was underestimated by far and „Inferno“ was overestimated last Thursday. Could be the same this Thursday.
 

These are the Thursday estimates via insidekino.de (forum):
 

New releases:

Bridget Jones's Baby: 55.5k (starts in 603 theaters, positive reviews)

Trolls: 4.5k evening only! (603)
The Accountant: 10k (350, mostly positive reviews)
Ouija 2: 7k (270, pretty positve reviews too)
Das kalte Herz: 1k (150)

Holdovers:

Inferno: 49.5k (last Thursday 66k) – a fine hold but could be overestimated again
Dory: 15k evening only! (20.5k evening only, 68k whole day) – very ok with several kid's movies released this weekend
Miss Peregrine's: 13k evening only! (25k) – should again hold well
Sausage Party: 9k (12k) - good
Bad Moms: 13k (18k)

Friday estimates from insidekino.de and as expected, it's a close race for #1 - Bridget a bit behind expectations but Trolls is having a much better start than I expected!

 

#1/2: Bridget / Dory with 300k admissions each (after 90k for Bridget on Wed)

#3/4: Inferno / trolls with 275k each

-26% for Inferno is pretty good. -23% for Miss Peregrine's is great again! But Pets falls a bit harder this week (-40%)...

Inferno's OW was really bad (considering the first two adaptions) so this hold is fine but doesn't really save it from being a disappointment.

 

Pets had better holds than Dory but seems to suffer from screen anaemia; with Trolls and some smaller family stuff opening, screens are at a premium this weekend and managers (of course) took them rather from Pets than Dory.

still a tie between Dory and Inferno, admission-wise which means (looking at last weekend) Inferno will win the weekend by €. Bridget stable but somewhat underwhelming after the strong Wednesday opening ... Trolls a bit lower than first estimates but still stronger than I expected. And Peregrine's hanging in there with a <30% drop, too, like a pro - nice!

Next weekend: If you thought this weekend was crowded, wait for the next one and think again: Doctor Strange, Girl On The Train, and Kubo - three wide releases with a lot of new stuff still doing business - can only mean either a suuuper weekend or cannibalisation. Frankly, I suspect the latter.

(While a MCU opening is a big story in the US, here in Austria and Germany Doctor Strange is opening with little fanfare, so don't expect miracles).
