My numbers are 10€ for child and 12€ for adult in the capital -region (Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa). Probably same in other larger cities, but cheaper in the countryside (not sure, thou).

Probably same in other larger cities, but cheaper in the countryside (not sure, thou). I can only speak of my region, as the out of my head area is for the moment a black hole (headache - not alcohol related) Here the prices at the weekend are more expensive than during the week, early showings partly much cheaper than later ones. I looked through a big cinema in Munich, as it has a lot of varying films in the program midday tomorrow - not a public holiday = workday, but school holiday - children under 11 years and middle to front area 5.5€ Same cinema and day, 8 in the evening, 3D Atmos, same king of seat, 13.9€, the better seat 14.9€ Today, Sunday, ~ 8 in the evening for the adults each price an additional Euro = 14.9€ and 15.9€ = normal length film, no extra for length or additional charges for online booking incl. in those prices, those extras are to add to the named prices middlle to small sized city, somewhat 30 minutes + away from Munich, no ATMOS (and truth to be told, a rather bad quality in comparison to Munich standards in some of its rooms at least) front rows 12.5€ today, 3D, 8 in the evening, same film. The room has only few front rows, the majority are the more expensive ones (that was the opposite with the big one in Munich, only a minor part is the more expensive one) = 14.00€ Same cinema, children film at midday cheapest ticket, tomorrow = workday, but school holiday 5€ = for all ages Tuesday is it probably cheaper, at least for the adults and later in the day, not idea about early viewings. And maybe after the school holidays are over also in general for children??? Edited January 1, 2017 by terrestrial

George Parr
Either the estimates for Thursday/Friday were a bit too high, or both Saturday and Sunday were completely dead... Here are the weekend estimates: 1. Rogue One 460k 2. Vaiana 280k 3. Assassin's Creed 235k 4. Vier gegen die Bank 225k 5. Sing 220k 6. Wbd Hartmanns 115k 7. Dec 31st/Jan 1st are just not the greates days for the movies, as everybody is suffering from hangover. 2nd-4th of January will be very big instead. Not as big as usually, because Germany got the first snow this year, well, maybe even in 3 years. But that's just it. Going by the estimates from Thu+Fri, Rogue One would have been at something like 420k already, yet Saturday+Sunday are supposed to only add another 40k combined? The numbers aren't any different for all the other movies. In fact, the totals for Assassin's Creed for those two days are already bigger than the weekend estimate we got, did people suddenly retract their viewing the day after? That's what I'm talking about. I already knew about the things you said fully well, the problem is that things don't match up. The numbers that occasionally get listed here as numbers from the individual days can't be actual numbers for these days, at best they are broad ranges that may be off by quite a bit. Else the weekend numbers simply do not match what has been listed as daily numbers.
Poseidon
The only actual number we have is 200k on Thursday. Drop on Friday, Dead on Saturday and New Years Day is usually very slow. It all fits. Those estimates are based on some guys reserved seat counts. Should be taken with a big grain of salt.
Poseidon
Oh, here we go. Some little Birdie tweeted me some actual daily numbers for RO. 198k on Th, 164k on Fr, 31k on Sat, 67k on Sun. All fits and all went pretty much like expected after Thursday. Remember, Mark G.s first trend predicted 475k off that thursday number and he always predicts it looking at historical data. And he, once again, nailed it, as he was off by only 15k. Edited January 2, 2017 by Poseidon

Rogue One seems to have been hit hard by Assasin's Creed good opening, but it's now near 3mil admissions and will probably reach 4mil total. Moana made a bit up for the lackluster opening weekend, seems to be well-received and should sail past 1,8mil total in the end. Sing is chugging along nicely too, a total far north of 2mil is a done deal by now. And look at Willkommen bei den Hartmanns - up nearly 50% and crossed 3mil total this weekend, the surprise hit of 2016 (sadly, one of very few nice surprises in 2016). Next weekend: Passengers has well-known stars but a difficult genre, 250k admissions would be a real success I think. Also opening: Korean history thriller The Handmaiden and a french comedy starring Omar Sy, Demain tout commence.
