Fullbuster
Last weekend Dory reached 8,145,000 admissions compared with 8,043,000 the previous week. This weekend it should pass 8,200,000 admissions or at least it won't be far from it.
Fullbuster
Great news for Dory : With 8,145,000 admissions it entered the top 20 all-time, at the 20th rank. It won't go further but still, it's a huge achievement for a Pixar movie
Fullbuster
Ice Age 5 reached 5,217,000 admissions and will end around 5.3m. A good number but far behind IA4.

Ads about Pets always say "from the creators of Minions" so that will help it a lot. ^^

Hoping both films can have decent runs after their OW. It will be interesting to see how Pets does though because I think all the bigger films have been released and its just it at the moment. Well, there's Star Trek coming out next week which I'm really looking forward to. But yeah, considering Into The Darkness did only about 5m it probably won't do all that much, sadly. Fullbuster
Jason Bourne's current total: 634,000 admissions. The BFG : 608,000 admissions That's not good at all...I hope that Pete's Dragon will be able to reach 1m admissions...that's not difficult to do in today's Brazil. Fullbuster
Great news : I expected Dory to end at $34m but it's already at $34.4m and will be closer to $35m in the end thanks to late legs

Honestly I have no idea...poor marketing, terrible distribution...that could be anything. Such a failure is really rare on this market for Hollywood movies, even comedies. Fullbuster
Suicide Squad is so close to R$100m No record for Pets but it's still strong. I was pretty close with my prediction: $5.5 to 6m. I expect it to reach 20m but I guess it won't pass Ice Age 5, particularly on local currency.
Fullbuster
My estimates about Pets admissions OW : 900,000 admissions or slightly more. That's less than Minions, Dory and Ice Age 5 but it's still excellent for a new franchise

Because IA5, Minions and Dory are all sequels.
