It helped the first trailer to go viral and the social media is still making a big deal out of it. Joker had insane legs, it stayed two whole months in the top 2, it had a sub 10% drop on the second weekend, truly outstanding. From this week we may have got a hint that The Batman, due to its lenght, might not play as hot on the weekdays as it will on the weekends. Solid points that you brought. I think this weekend will be a very good demonstration if this really could happen or not. Batman has a 10M~ advantage right now coming into the weekend, so maybe with great holds in the weekends it could get it.
