When do weekend estimates come out usually and who in this thread is the one who posts them?

 

I need to know because of the Summer Game.

Well, there are no official estimates, but there are sources to get them. First, the estimates from screendaily, deadline, etc which come out on Sunday American time like other weekend estimates. But those estimates usually are only for certain movies, I think you're familiar with that. And then, there are estimates from Corpse which come out on the same day, usually not long after those reports on box office websites. They are not as accurate, but really helpful and also there are numbers for all movies. Then on early Monday morning American time, the actuals from Japan come out.

Bom says 164.400 on the foriegn page and 166.950 on the japanese page. Fantastic2weeks ago I said it would be 166.800. Lets just go with that. Its as good as anything else we've heard.

The admission totals are the same, but the $ totals are all lower, except day 53 for some reason, which is higher. The difference is a bit more than -$1.1m.

The average ticket price fluctuates a bit depending how many children attend vs adults and the seating fluctuations throw the toho x off. Its hard to pin down but we're in the ballpark with the limited data we have and get to track it daily. Otherwise we would just get info on sun evenings only.
