Barely miss means it will miss, just not by much.

Thanks to some regulations for the first weeks the total number has been updated .

Important clarification: the entries communicated in the first weeks are based on the entries communicated by the theatres . Then there is the sending of the CNC slips and the invoicing which are authentic, always making a difference, hence this regulation after 12 weeks.

Agree, in the last 20 years only 3 foreeign films passed 10 M admits, TFA and Lion King did only 10. something, but the 2 avatars were over 14 M, the power of JC, amazing....

Russia Probably is the most impressive market because Avatar 2 take the 2022 yearly champion even without any offically released..

And in Ukraine Avatar 2 break All-time B.O record even Ukraine fighting Russia right now.

So... what can we say about the last Asterix movie? It made 4.5M admissions so at least 45 million euros in France, plus 3 in Poland and 1 in Italy. But with such an high budget (60 million euros) it may be a problem, was it considered a disappointment in France?
