Okay, so Infinity War is currently selling about 9k admissions per hour, and has overtaken RPO to be second biggest presales atm. Should pass Rampage in about an hour where it will likely stay until its release in 12 days time!!

If this isn't signs enough, then let me put it clearly:

Thanos gonna be HUUUUUUUGE

Damn, more screens than AOU?

This should be useful to compare to. Currently at D-12.8 or so I think, meaning AIW currently has more presales than CW did a day and a half closer!!

Where do you find the presales?

Here you go http://kobis.or.kr/kobis/business/stat/boxs/findRealTicketList.do?loadEnd=0&repNationCd=&areaCd=&repNationSelected=&totIssuAmtRatioOrder=&totIssuAmtOrder=&addTotIssuAmtOrder=&totIssuCntOrder=&totIssuCntRatioOrder=&addTotIssuCntOrder=&dmlMode=search&allMovieYn=Y

From there you can see admissions cumulative in the right hand column, then presales in the column just left of that

11,000 in the past hour, the rate has actually been increasing. This could realistically reach 100k by end of day (D-12). CW reached that level at D-6, AOU at D-7!!

This is just gonna be so massive. I know there's upfront demand, but still

That goal is not ambitious enough.

Yep you are indeed correct. An hour ago it was running at 10k per hour, it's now 20k per hour. Realistic goal is now 200k by end of day - phenomenal stuff

Presales for this movie are off the chart in every market, especially in Asian markets where it is smashing presale records. Really hope it is a good movie!

South Korea BO has been on the down low lately in terms of blockbusters, Infinity War has the perfect release date.

I really love how SK track BO in admissions.

Thanks @feasby007 for all the updates!

No problem! I get so excited when numbers blow up!

South Korea loves the Avengers team and RDJ Iron Man most especially. Will be interesting to see how future MCU big team up movies will perform once most of the original Avengers are gone.

The BO performance of Strange, Homecoming and Black Panther show the potential for big numbers of new Avengers team, though I don’t see any solo MCU ever reach the heights of Iron Man 3 again.

AIW opens on Wednesday 25th April here, and presales started later it seems. Regardless this an astounding start, 3.5 days ahead of Ultron and 5 days ahead of CW. Also notice the % share is lower for similar ticket total, so AIW has higher competition before release than AOU or CW had in terms of presales at least.
