Well kind of ... he thinks so. Story is that she broke up with him when he was unable to pay two tickets for TF seven years ago. He was still in college then.

what a petty man hahahah

No more figures for DOFP  :sadno:  But its total on Friday is estimated to be 718m!  :bop:

Take a quick look at Friday ests ?

Male ---- 39m ---- New

Godzilla ---- 24M ---- 363M

EOT  ---- 7M  ---- 358m

Grace ---- 4m ---- New

DOFP --------- 718M

Great opening for Maleficent. Matinee shows were strong than EoT OD but night shows slowed down as expected. If it follows Oz and plays like a semi-family/animation film, OW could be looking like 39m/63m(+60%)/50m = 152M or $24.5m.

Decent hold for Zila, could reach 425m if Sat is normal, meaning  a 200m 2nd week, but 500m total is still not happening. Possibly 480~490m finish.

EoT dropped because of big show cut. 400m should happen.

Poor opening for Grace of Monaco despite of 10% show count. The 30m the distributors hope might be hard now.

DOFP will replace CA2 as #foreign film of 2014 on Sunday night / Monday, the last minute of its run. Until it gets replaced by TF4 in another 10 days.....

'Transformers: Age of Extinction' Chinese Partner Terminates Collaboration Contract

Just days before the film's launch in China, a Beijing investment company has pulled out of a sponsorship deal with the producers of the fourth installment of the Transformers franchise claiming breach of contract.

The collaboration deal involved Beijing Pangu Investment providing financial resources to the production, in exchange for the company’s flagship building in Beijing, the Pangu Plaza Hotel, being shown in the film.

In a statement, Beijing Pangu Investment accused Paramount Pictures and other Chinese associate partners in Transformers: Age of Extinction of not meeting the terms of their contract.

“This has caused huge financial loss and damage to the reputation of our company,” it said in a statement.

When contacted by The Hollywood Reporter, a Paramount rep stated: "Pangu Plaza has a prominent placement in Transformers 4 and it looks beautiful onscreen. We regret that Pangu is not currently satisfied with certain aspects of our collaboration and are working to resolve its concerns."
