RE: the likelihood of FZ tanking at China B.O.

 

 FZ is steeped in European/Germanic mythology which may go over Chinese audience's heads. MU is populated with stuffed animals & Chinese folks were not amused by that. DM2 & CROODS may be animated but they feature human characters (the Minions are exaggerated caricatures).

No, certainly not.

Europe is much bigger now, Latin America is even more fast-growing than China and Russia is pretty good as well.

 

Yea, but it hasn't been released in Latin America yet according to imdb.  Right now it only lists China, HK, Vietnam as places here it has been released.
