That actually makes me wonder whether the Universal marketing department will be able to at least salvage The Seventh Son. Remember the trailer WB put out when they were still going to release it? It was ATROCIOUS.I mean, it's not going to do well, the franchise is DOA, but could they conceivably sell it so that it at least doesn't LOSE money?

I dunno.Seventh Son wasn't bad, like...Underwolrd crossed with Hansel and Gretel with Jeff Bridges doing goofy accent mode. If you hate those movies...well, you might not like this one.It's weird...when this film releases, it'll be nearly two years after I saw it. It's certainly better than I Frankenstein though. It was a weird movie, I saw it almost.., wow, a year ago. I didn't particularly care for it, but it wasn't horrible either. Like you said, more Hansel and Gretel than I, Frankenstein.

No... He was bad. Didn't help his characterization sucked too.

In his favor...basically everyone's characterization sucked.Says a lot that my favorite character moment was...going hey, Clifton Collins has a bow tie!
